Booking terms
Effective from 25 October 2026.
These terms apply to every appointment (consultation) booked through the CV RAZ TRIGUNA MANDALIKA website.
Schedule confirmation
Your booking starts with the status Awaiting confirmation. The schedule is final once we confirm it via WhatsApp and the status on your summary page changes to Confirmed. If the time you chose is not possible, we will offer another time.
Initial consultation fee
The first meeting to understand your needs is free of charge. Fees for any further work or support are stated in a written proposal before work begins.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel your booking yourself from the booking summary page up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To change the time, cancel the old booking and make a new one, or contact us on WhatsApp.
Late arrival and no-shows
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the meeting may be rescheduled. Site visits depend on weather and road access; if a visit needs to be postponed, we will let you know in advance.
